The US dollar is now in a free-fall. The M3 data shows inflation at 15% and a GDP of less than 1%. This inflation rate is increasing rapidly and is showing no signs of declining.

I am looking to get entirely out of US dollars. I would like to open an offshore account so that I can move everything into yen, Swiss francs, and yuan and trade my account like a regular brokerage account -- buying stocks, ETFs, CEFs, etc. on the US exchanges as well as foreign exchanges.

Any ideas?

I am also interested in working with an overseas broker that I can open an account with, who will allow me to trade a "multicurrency sandwich."

HSBC bank in Singapore allows Americans to open a multicurrency account that will let you move all your US dollars into up to 9 other currencies. The Hong Kong HSBC branch will let you move into Chinese yuan. You do not have to be present to open these accounts, although you will likely need help from the Buffalo NY branch of HSBC to communicate with these foreign branches properly.

I am willing to share more information such as this if others can answer my initial questions about offshore accounts and multicurrency sandiwches. Please post web links or post phone numbers/email address.

I own a company in which I could advertise companies listed in the stock markets. Does anyone know what type of SEC vilations I could incur with advertising a publically traded company? Are there any rules for advertising I would need to follow? Say I wanted to advertise a company which I own stocks of, whithout the company's permission or knowledge?

I am about to get a hold of someone in the SEC but wanted to ask here first....

Cramer High Risk stocks

Hey I haven't been watching cramer for more than six months and probably have missed many opportunities he may never mention again, if anyone could add to the list, I would be compelled to do more homework.

He suggested Delphi Corporation a few months back when it was at 2 bucks, the recent market woes slammed it way down. I made a 50% soon after he mentioned it then got out close to $2.75. A couple of weeks ago it was down to .50 cents, I wanted to get in and if I could have at the time would have made an easy double. Nows its down to .50 - .60 and could mean another easy easy double or perhaps more in a short period of time. The compelling thing about this company is that GM is reliant on Delphi's electronics. It has to stay in business or GM's production lines get shut down. It should come out of chapter 11 this winter sometime.

Check it out, do your DD, and let me know what you think.

He was on the other day talking about investing in dollar store sine walmart stock is dropping. "Don't be a stock snob" he says. I'm like this; If you can afford it get the high cost stock(150 and up) to me anything else is a waste of time.

Hey I'm new to this tribe. Hello everyone!! I am an investor in microcap natural resource stocks, as well as playing with the big boys on the street. I follow Jim Cramer's show whenever I have the time. At the moment I am interested in Gold and Silver stocks under a buck. I've got a couple of good ones that I have been following for awhile now. SGCP (Sierra Gold Corporation) and Native American Energy Group.

I look forward to learning a great deal and hopefully catching the next big wave on some of my picks.

Stock Question

Im looking for advice on stocks that I aquired through and employee payout plan when the company I work for went public. I recieved 247 shares of stock based on a dollar amount for when the stock went public. It's restricted stock and is distributed to me in 3rds over 3 years. At the stocks current price it's (total) worth roughly $4000. I've never owned stock before and was wondering what I should do when I get these 3rd distibuted to me. So far the stock dipped after the IPO but is now back up to what went public at. My problem is that with each 3rd I get I have to pay taxes on it. At that point I can pay the taxes, sell the amount to cover the taxes, or just cash it all out and pay taxes then.

The stock is DEIX, anybody have any suggestion for me, remember i'm completly new to stocks! Thanks.

I bet 2006 is going to be a great year for stocks with this lunatic at the controls. Watch M3 go through the roof, watch the stock market go through the roof, watch all of our deep rooted economic problems be put off for a few years so it can seriously implode.
We needed someone like paul volker but instead got greenspan X1000.
Bernake has actually said if we run into a liquidity crises then we can just print dollars and drop them from helicopters..
Also, check out big oil stocks that got crushed last week with Refco imploding.
It looks like they will be back soon though(2 weeks?)
