Step 3.

copy this whole page and paste it (in "note-pad", "word", etc.) to edit it.

Step 4.

Remove the top name from the list, bump the other 4 names up one place each and Place your e-mail adress in the bottom slot (Make sure it's the same e-mail address that you used to open your PayPal account, for this is the way you will receive payment)

Step 5.
